RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS 

You must manage the return before the deadline set:

• Online purchase : you have 1 week (7 days) to return the product. Products and items must be in their original condition and have the respective invoice. Returns should only be made for pharmacy mistakes (e.g., damaged or incorrect products), not for client errors. In this case, the return is made with the corresponding product or products of equal value at no extra cost to the client. Clients may only return products at our actual address, "Farmacia Medigreen." 

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER AT THE PHARMACY 

If you cancel the order purchased at the pharmacy,the refund will be made in the same waypayment used for purchase.

 

Note : The moment you approve canceling the order, the cost of the bank transfer will be substracted from your refund.

The maximum cancellation period is 24h (1 day).
