RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

You must manage the return before the deadline:

• Online purchase: you have one week to return the product. Products / Items must be in their original condition and also have the corresponding invoice. The return must be made only if it is the pharmacy's fault (If the product is damaged, the product is not the right one), and not when it is the customer's fault. In this case, the return is made with the corresponding product or with products of the same value at no additional cost to the customer. The return of the product must be made by the customer only at our physical point, "Farmacia Medigreen".

CANCELLATION OF ORDER IN PHARMACY

If you cancel an order purchased at the pharmacy, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note: Once you have approved the cancellation of your order, the bank transfer cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

The maximum right to cancel an order is 24 hours (1 day).
